Fundamentals of Public Relations, Public Relations Techniques
Sergei A. Samoilenko is an instructor in public relations and advisor for the K-State chapter of Public Relations Student Society of America. He has two graduate degrees: in German and English linguistics from Kuban State University, Russia; and health, risk and crisis communication from George Mason University, Virginia.
Sergei served as a public relations specialist and interpreter for various international organizations, including: Caspian Pipeline Consortium, Tacis and EuropeAid, International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition, and others.
His current research interests include: international and nonprofit public relations, public health communication and promotion, and social marketing.
He believes that teaching is therapeutic.
